yeah seriously, a bad move in my book, but so was axing the Monte Carlo line.

b/c they cannot compete with that engine in todays market. not very difficult to understand.
the day of the torquie engine is gone. it is replaced with direct injected and/ or dohc, high revving, variable timing engines with higher horsepower. that is not what the 3800 is about.

probably more efficient than the 200hp pushrod 3800. and i love the low end torque of the 3800. but if i had the choice.... yeah.

Wow! I knew that the 3800 was no longer in production, but I didn't realize it had been for so long. Its sad, such an all around engine. Had reliability and power. It will be missed
